An impressive gazebo is among a large selection of wrought iron garden furniture at E.J. Ainger’s forthcoming weekly auction from 9.30am Tuesday March 28 at 433 Bridge Road, Richmond.

Other architectural wrought iron features include large wooden and cast iron courtyard doors and wooden shutters.

The auction contains Victorian, Edwardian and French antique furniture including a double pedestal partners desk, burr walnut occasional furniture, a set of French style oak and metal industrial shelves, and four iron and brass Victorian beds.

Other attractions include decorative gilt metal and glass basket chandeliers and ornate gilt over mantel mirrors.

An extensive cutlery setting is among the continental 800 silver on offer and auction goers also should warm to the Royal Crown Derby Imari pattern china, Goebel figures, rare Carlton Ware and Amphora vases and Moser glass jug.

Music buffs can check out the upright Alex Steinbach piano and among the furniture on offer is a luxurious English Duresta settee and oriental pieces.

Another auction feature is the large collection of European and Australian oil paintings, watercolours and graphics.
