Bochara Park clearing sale one for the masses

A clearing sale for Bochara Park near Hamilton, Victoria should attract auction goers from miles around when auctioneer Brian O’Halloran from Glenelg Auctions climbs the podium at 10.30am Saturday January 30.

Bochara Park is 12 kilometres west of Hamilton (off the Glenelg Highway) and auction goers are advised to follow the direction signs to the sale.

The property has been sold and there is a lot of farm machinery up for grabs.

One of the major drawcards is a John Deere 5410 tractor and loader with 1298 hours on the clock.

Another is the MF 148 tractor with new engine and remotes, 2003 Toyota Land Cruiser with 123,000 kilometres, 1983 Jeep J10 ‘fire truck’ two Honda 420cc quad 4x4s, Suzuki 185cc two-wheeler motorbike, Husqvarna 242 lawn mower and a Savage aluminium dinghy with a 30hp Evinrude outboard motor.

Other items include 800 mew and second hand pine strainers and posts, four large high-density poly water troughs and fittings, three Stihl chainsaws, cattle equipment and tools.

Among the household items for auction is a range of antique furnishings including fine quality Georgian and Victorian furniture, art, rugs, china and general household and garden items from the homestead and cottage.
