An open front Garnett and Sons bookcase is among several Victorian bookcases on offer from 9.30am Tuesday November 12 at E.J. Ainger Pty Ltd 433 Bridge Road, Richmond.

In an auction that has thrown up several unusual items, auction goers get the opportunity to purchase a large collection of kerosene lamps, roll-top and French desks, Victorian cast iron inserts and a huge array of decorative French furniture.

For those yearning for the items of yesteryear, there are several old prams – including one made from cane – silver, silver plate and china and taxidermy ducks and a rooster.
